Who We Are
Stars of Austin Figure Skating Club (SAFSC) is a nonprofit, ISI-affiliated synchronized skating organization based in the Austin area. For over two decades, our skaters have trained, competed, and grown together on the ice building not just athletes, but a community.
Our Legacy
SAFSC has a storied history on the international stage, with a synchronized skating championship streak at ISI Worlds spanning 2004–2026. That tradition of excellence continues today, most recently with our team’s championship performance at ISI Worlds in Pittsburgh.
Our Teams
SAFSC is home to seven teams spanning every age and skill level. Several teams that compete in both USFS and ISI divisions.

Whether you’re a first-time skater or a seasoned competitor, there’s a team for you.
Our synchronized skating program, SAFSC, is where discipline meets teamwork. From No Hold Elements and formation choreography to the countless hours of practice that go into every routine, our synchro teams represent the very best of what SAFSC has to offer.
Community
Skating at SAFSC means being part of something bigger than a single season. Our families, coaches, and volunteers work together year-round from tryouts and team parties to fundraising efforts to make sure every skater has the support they need to thrive.
